Mr. Jackson has been actively involved in the real estate appraising, counseling and brokerage field for over thirty years. He is a "hands on" working officer of the company, being responsible for completion of, or coordination of the major studies generated by the firm.

Raymond A. Jackson received his MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute in 1985. The Counselors of Real Estate conferred upon him the CRE designation in 1993. He is called upon to help provide well supported advice for use in decision making, negotiations, or litigation for a myriad of major clients. Besides having qualified as an expert witness in various jurisdictions, he is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Cincinnati, having taught and developed various classes for three different colleges over the last 20 years. In addition, he is also a real estate broker in both the State of Ohio and in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.

The Appraisal Institute has a mandatory educational program, and Raymond A. Jackson is currently certified. The States of Ohio and Kentucky have voluntary certification programs, and Mr. Jackson is certified as a General Appraiser in both.


Kimberly J. Jackson - Vice President

Ms. Jackson conducts the financial operations of the company, including activities shared between property management and the partnerships or trusts whom we provide services; along with their legal and accounting firms.  She holds a MBA degree from Xavier University, and was formerly a financial analyst for the Federal Home Loan Bank.

Todd W. Munro -  Senior Appraiser, Property Manager,

Mr. Munro operates the property management division for the company, overseeing day to day operations of the numerous commercial and multi-family properties we own or manage for 3rd parties.  He also performs leasing activities for these properties, helps with the custom databases we use or develop for our clients, and coordinates appraisal studies for our institutional clients.  Besides having a BBA from the University of Cincinnati, he was formerly in the real estate management division of the Kroger Co.

Ann G. Taylor - Administrative Asst.

Ms. Taylor brings executive-secretary type skills in coordinating the daily business operations of the company.  She serves as Mr. Jackson's assistant in communications with clients, and the development and completion of all major assignments.

Martin E. Scholz - Senior Appraiser Contractor

Upon completion of his MA in Real Estate and Urban Analysis in 1992, he began working as a full-time appraiser.  Besides performing all types of commercial/industrial and special purpose appraisals and consulting studies, he worked in Australia for 2 years specializing in urban condominium appraising. 

Mike Schulze - Appraiser, Property Manager

Mr. Schulze takes charge of the numerous data needs for the appraisal and consulting assignments, and ensures proper input of pertinent data in our proprietary data base.  He also helps with specific data input for certain assignments, and completion of various reports.
